Q: Do you take on wholesale accounts?
A: I sure do! Contact me HERE and let me know some of the details of your wholesale request and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

Q: Do you take commissions/custom orders?
A: I sure do! Feel free to send me an email (form to the right) and I’ll take a look at your request and we’ll go from there.

Q: When do you update your online store?
A: About once every 1-2 months. To find out about shop updates sign up for my email list HERE.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: No returns. Period. If an item isn’t delivered or comes to you and is broken (knock on wood, but thankfully this has NEVER happened!) please reach out to me within 2 days of USPS declaring the package as “delivered” and I’ll be more than willing to remake a piece and send it to you. If you accidentally break an item I can totally remake a piece for you, but you’ll have to pay for the new piece + shipping.

Q: Are your pieces food, dishwasher, and microwave safe?
A: All of my pottery items are food safe, but any pottery with 22 karat gold or platinum lustre on the surface is not microwave or dishwasher safe. If it doesn’t have gold or platinum on it feel free to pop those pieces in the dishwasher and microwave!

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: 100% yes! When you make a purchase shipping will be automatically calculated for you.

Q: How much are your pieces?
A: Prices range from $40ish to $1000. Typically small ring dishes and scoops are around the $40-$60 range, mugs/cups are around $70-$130, and platters, vases, lamps, etc. range between $200-$600.
